Allahdad Khan Construction Co. (ADK) is a Rawalpindi-headquartered building contractor and civil engineering firm, licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C1/E to undertake works of up to Rs 2,500 million per project.
Since 1980, the firm has delivered residential towers, institutional campuses, hotels, commercial developments, roads and specialised defence infrastructure. Our work is largely self-performed through our own batching plants, earthmoving fleet and in-house engineering staff, rather than through subcontractors.
ADK operates as a partnership led by its two directors, with five PEC-registered engineers on staff and dedicated departments for every stage of delivery.

A licensed building practitioner with extensive on-site experience, he is an expert in managing and executing commercial and residential projects, known for strong leadership and a deep understanding of project control, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Over 35 years in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA in Project Management, and specialises in commercial, residential and institutional construction. A key figure in the company’s expansion and operational restructuring, with a continued focus on efficient, high-quality, on-time delivery.
